RoHS Compliance Statement

Effective July 1, 2006, Alan Industries, Inc. complies with the RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC.  Upon request, all Alan Industries components are available in RoHS compliant designs. 

Customers who require RoHS Compliant products must specify “RoHS Compliant” on all correspondence, including RFQ’s and Purchase Orders. 

RoHS compliant units will be provided with a RoHS marking on the unit’s label. There will be no changes to the standard model numbering system.

RoHS compliant units will be supplied with a RoHS Certificate of Conformance. 

All products shipped to member countries of the European Union by Alan Industries will be automatically supplied RoHS compliant, unless otherwise directed. Customers who require non-RoHS compliant components may specify “Non-RoHS Compliant.”
