WARRANTY:
ALAN INDUSTRIES warrants its products for a period of one year from date of
shipment to be free from defects caused by faulty material or poor workmanship.
The liability of ALAN INDUSTRIES under this warranty is limited to replacing,
repairing or issuing credit, at its option, for any products which are returned
by the purchaser during this period.
No other warranty is expressed or implied.
ALAN INDUSTRIES is not liable for consequential damage.
QUALITY ASSURANCE:
ALAN INDUSTRIES maintains a
Quality Assurance program that is ISO-9001 compliant.
Calibration of equipment for
inspection and test comply with the requirements of
ISO-9001 and MIL-STD-45662.
SPECIFICATIONS:
With
continuous product improvements, ALAN INDUSTRIES reserves the right to change
specifications without prior notice. Published
specifications may be verified for accuracy through contact with the factory.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Domestic terms are 2% 10 days,
Net 30 days from date of invoice with approved credit; F.O.B. Columbus, Indiana,
unless agreed to otherwise. MasterCard, VISA,
Discover and American Express are accepted.
We reserve the right to ship COD
or upon receipt of payment in advance, if credit has not been established.
International terms are payment by check drawn on an U.S.
bank in U.S. Dollars prior to shipment, Visa or MasterCard at time of shipment.
Payment by Wire Transfer prior to shipment is subject to a $40.00 Wire
Transfer Fee. A proforma invoice
will be issued after your order is received and all charges are calculated.
Prices are subject to change
without prior notice. Final
acceptance of orders is made only by ALAN INDUSTRIES, with a $100.00 order
minimum.
